FAIR PLAY POLICY

Some domain name registration services register domains in their business names rather than in their clients' names. This means that the domain name "belongs" to the registration service, rather than the client — and this can make it difficult for the client to transfer control of the domain to another hosting service or ISP. In fact, the cooperation of the registration service is needed to bring about the transfer; cooperation that it might only provide if paid a further fee.

We make the following assurance:

• If we register a domain name on your behalf, we will always register it in your name.
• We will place no obstacle in your path if you wish to transfer control of the domain to another body at some time in the future, and we will make no charge for the transfer.
